You should not have to worry about key words with your affiliate programs. For example, if you promote Global Net Promoter we have already setup the proper key words for you. The meta tag generator is designed for web masters that build their own web sites.

Will I receive a large amount of emails to my email address for my urls?

The email address you enter in your Submission Information is what is sent to the engines. You will not want to enter your main email address here because you may receive a large number of emails, especially from the FFA sites. Use an alternate email address such as a free email account from yahoo.com. Be sure to keep your email account clean because if emails to your account bounce the engines may remove your site from their listing.

How long does it take for my URLs to appear in the engines?

Listing in the search engines and categories can take 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the engine.
Listing in FFAs occurs immediately or the next Clday, depending on the FFA site.
Listing in Classifie Ad sites can take usually 1 to 4 days. Most Classified Ad site Webmasters manually approve those listing. It is important that all your site informtion is correct or you may not get listed.

Can I use AOL (America Online) with this program?

You can use your AOL internet connection, but the AOL browser causes problems because of configurations AOL places within their browser settings.
If you are using AOL YOU CAN STILL USE THE SYSTEM. You should minimize AOL and open another browser that came with your computer such as Internet Explorer. You will be able to use the system just fine.

What is the "Add and Engine" link for that is found in the main menu?

This link is used if you own your own FFA, Search Engine, or Classified Ad site and you wish to include it in our system.

If I select auto submission and all catorgories every day will this only submit to the search engines only once per month?

Some people believe in submitting to the search engines daily and that is why that option is there. If you select All Categories the system will submit to every engine in the database daily. We recommend NOT including the search engines in your daily submission. When we add additional engines we will notify you at your contact email address so you can perform and additional submission to search engines.
We continue to enhance the site and will soon improve the selection of the engines so the postings can be more specific to certain engines.

Can free members download the daily list of leads?

The daily list of leads is a feature only available to our pro members. We continue to add content and enhance our systems, but mainly designed around paying memberships.

Free members can login and submit their URL to almost all of the FFA sites and a limited number of search engines and classified ad sites. Additionally, Free members can earn commissions by promoting their unique referral link.

When I try to download the leads the page comes up blank. What do I do?

When you click on the link for the leads a blank browser window should appear along with the option to "open" "save" or "cancel." You should select "Save" and the leads will be downloaded to your computer in the form of a text file.

I can't login what do I do now?

If you cannot login to your member area then please check the following:
1. Double check your username and password to be correct (remember they are case sensitive) and/or turing number is being entered incorrectly.
2. Make sure your IE browser security settings are not set too strict.
3. You can download and use Fire Fox Internet Web browser from http://firefox.com and see if that resolves your issue.

When adding a banner, what's the "Banner Image" used for

The banner image is the feature that allows you to upload a banner from your local drive (your own computer) to our server.
If you upload a banner from your computer you do not need to enter anything in the "banner image url."
The "banner image url" is used if you have a banner that is already on a server and you want our script to locate and show it on our site. If you have a banner that is already on a server, and you use the "banner image url" section, you do not need to enter anything in the "banner image" section.

I did not receive my verification email. Now what?

If you are a new member and have not received your verification email, check your email account's bulk mail folder, spam folder or trash folder.
Some email account providers may have spam filters in place as a default setting on your email account, or you may have some filter set up yourself. Be sure that there is nothing in place to block our emails from getting to your inbox, or add our email address to your list of accepted contacts if you have such a setting available.
If you still do not get your verification email so you can validate your account please enter a support ticket and a member of our staff will manually validate your account for you.

When do I receive referral commissions?

Referral commissions are paid by the end of the first week following the previous month. You must have at least $10 in your referral account to receive commissions.

How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your account, enter a Help Desk ticket and we will delete your membership at Global Net Promoter. We must do this manually in order to protect the integrity of our members that earn commissions.
If you have created a paypal or other subscription using a payment processor please login to paypal or contact your payment processor to cancel the subscription from there.
